1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
2. How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–9 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across India. For international orders, please contact our support team before placing an order.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email/SMS with a tracking number and link. You can check real-time updates until it reaches you.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please reach out to our support team quickly if you want to cancel.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns/exchanges for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. For hygiene & safety, certain personal items may not be eligible for return.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available in most serviceable pin codes. You can check at checkout if COD is applicable for your area.
8. Are your products covered by warranty?
Some electronic/functional items (e.g., heating pads, lamps) come with a replacement warranty in case of manufacturing defects. Please check the product page for details.
9. Do you provide bulk or gift orders?
